Why mushroom?

Diet is the greatest factor in lifestyle and has a direct and positive relation with health. Poor diet and its consequences like obesity is the common healthy problem nowadays. Loaded with many health-boosting vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, they’ve long been recognized as an important part of any diet. For instance, mushrooms are also a good source of Vitamin D, an important component in bone and immune.

As we can see, In China average life expectancy is 76.7 years while in India its 69 years. Do you know what’s the reason behind it? The mushroom consumption in china is 22 kg per person per year while in India its 100 gm per person per year. So it is one of the factor behind this.
