Why mushroom?

Diet is the greatest factor in lifestyle and has a direct and positive relation with health. Poor diet and its consequences like obesity is the common healthy problem nowadays. Our lifestyle leads to the nutrition problems like using fast foods and poor foods, increasing problems like cardiovascular.

One solution would be to offer a bigger variety of fruits, vegetables, grains, and meats that aren't very red. But what if I say there is more better option that can also be added that contains almost all the nutrition and especially if you are a vegetarian i.e. “MUSHROOM”.

Mushrooms are widely known for their great taste and amazing health benefits. Packed with a ton of essential vitamins and minerals, they make for an excellent addition to your diet, adding flavor to many different recipes.

Mushrooms are rich sources of potassium, a nutrient known for reducing the negative impact that sodium can have on your body. Potassium also lessens the tension in blood vessels, potentially helping to lower blood pressure. Mushrooms are a low-calorie food that packs a nutritional punch. Loaded with many health-boosting vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, they’ve long been recognized as an important part of any diet. For instance, mushrooms are also a good source of Vitamin D, an important component in bone and immune.

As we can see, In China average life expectancy is 76.7 years while in India its 69 years. Do you know what’s the reason behind it? The mushroom consumption in china is 22 kg per person per year while in India its 100 gm per person per year. So it is one of the factor behind this.
